Shipping Policy


Our products are made one of two ways - some are made in-house personally by us directly and others are made and shipped through third party companies.

For in-house made items, please note that all items take a few days to ship out, as they are all custom made per your order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for holidays or special occasions. If you have something of that nature, please contact us before you order.

For third party made and shipped items, the individual shipping times will be shown on each product page. Some companies will have differing shipping times and could be different than is shown. We will make every attempt to reflect the appropriate shipping times on the product pages as necessary. If you have questions, you may always contact us to discuss shipping further.

US: Shipping is via the USPS and always uses tracking numbers to addresses within the United States. We will attempt to provide you with a tracking number for your purchase through the various means of contact we have for you in this order - email, text, voice, Facebook Messenger (if applicable), all other means here.

International: We do not ship internationally. Sorry.

Unclaimed Items / Incorrect Addresses: As we cannot control what happens in your locale, it is your responsibility to both provide us with a correct address, and to claim your package from your local customs or post office if it is being held or deemed undeliverable.

In the event that your package is returned as unclaimed by your local customs/post office, or due to providing us with an incorrect address, it will be your responsibility to pay for the new shipment. We are more than happy to work with you to reship your item once you have reconfirmed your address, but please be sure to provide us with correct information and be aware that international shipments often need to be claimed from your local customs or post office.
